"I can have breast augmentation without first removing the lump in my breast?

I had a mammogram to rule out a tumor that has been on my chest during about 15 years. They suggested that I have been removed, but the project of a benign course. However, I have my breasts lifted with implants. Is this package may pose a problem? No time to have it removed before surgery, and I'm doing with my friend, so I'd like to go ahead with my appointment. I am account what are the risks, I talked to my doctor about it, and she feels is not a bit of concern. What I'm asking is that I can have after removing the increase?
